Background
Alliance Real Estate has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, expanding from 7 sales teams to 28, and building 22 letting teams in a short span of time. With this rapid scale came the natural challenge of ensuring that performance remained consistent across the board. While many agents were thriving, others were still finding their footing in converting client interactions into strong results. Alliance strives to support all team members in reaching their potential, and to deliver a message that energizes and continues to strengthen their agent's talents and skills.
